Learning to generate Gravity is the basis for the dreams of the spacefaring Diaspora and our survival.
Erasmus : Humanity dreams today about rockets. But rockets need reaction mass. They need to throw out matter at speed to create an equal and opposite reaction, driving a spacecraft forward. For example, consider that you seek to travel at 1/10th the speed of light and are able to eject reaction/ propulsion mass at the speed of light, (Quite possible with modern current technology). This essentially means that a space ship needs to carry at least 20% of its mass to generate thrust energy, (possibly much more). A spaceship cannot go elsewhere and return without losing a substantial portion of its starting mass- used to generate thrust to drive the spaceship forward.
Gravity is massless. Its genesis requires only energy. Even a simple fissioning nuclear reactor can generate energy sustainably for years, without loss of mass. Radioisotopes last for years and generate energy for years. So most of our current technology is adequate to this task. But we need to achieve the generation of gravity.

Goo : This site is devoted to looking at gravity mechanics, but in terms that even the common man can understand. There appears to be no reason why huge conglomerates will be needed to find the way. In fact human history tells us no. No great frontier of science or work of art has ever been transcended or built by committee. Individual humans alone have challenged and triumphed over the barriers of our knowledge ,science and ability since time immemorial. Time perhaps now even for backyard researchers to tinker their way into the history books.
Goo : Learn and understand. By working and thinking together, we create a sense of desire to drive on the best of us to achievement. There is far too much negative information in existence to dampen our drive to this - gravity -the Holy Grail of humanity’s achievement and the quintessential requirement for the long term survival of the human race.

: Our fighter for truth and team leader.
Goo : Goo the Numbat is a simple soul, almost the last of his species. He shares his perspective on life with us humans.

Dr AXxxxx : He joins us, a refugee from the justice of his own kind, bringing the alternate perspective from another place, not at all sympathetic to the vermin infesting his new abode.

Dr Xxxxx: Representative of our medical staff.
The Team: Erasmus met Dr Xxxxx and over a number of years grew to develop a belief in the problems of our world.
Erasmus is an old dog, but he reckons he still can do new tricks. He’s been around, and up and down a few dry creek beds in his lifetime .Born into servitude at the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm, Erasmus quickly realised the world could be a hostile and dangerous place. Puppies disappeared daily, never to be seen again.
Kinkajou: Features in our web sites as an adventurer but he is equally accomplished in the art of reasoning and has often followed the comments of Erasmus to their logical conclusion. His belief in the truth leads him to always "tell it true". This is the world as it can be seen and this is the real world.
Dr Xxxxx. This good doctor actually represents a diversity of opinions held by a small cabal of medically aware people.
Dr AXxxxx. Simply best described as a cold inhuman bastard, Erasmus says we are indeed lucky to have this paranoid psychopath on our side. In spite of his antecedents, his perspective is valuable for us to use to understand our world. Dr AXxxxx’s past background is in taking charge and being master at the helm of the ship of destiny. Control is the ultimate goal. Nothing must stand in the way of control. Domination not cooperation. Suspect your enemies and kill them first, preferably after extracting all useful information. Your destiny is yours to make and to take. Vengeance is a heady mix to this paranoic murderer.
The Commandant: Head of our security detail, the Commandant believes in doing the right thing and always considering safe options. However, his view of what is right is coloured by association with Erasmus, Kinkajou and the doctors Xxxxx.
Frobisher & Beethoven: These guys are our bullywot "security mooks", Frobisher is the literate one while Beethoven provides just more raw muscle power. While Officious and Intolerant of transgressions, they none the less have a sensitive and fragile side to their natures, an aspect their personality totally at odds with their aggressive and fierce appearance.
Goo is a simple and humble mammal.(Actually a marsupial numbat really). His ability to change the world is limited by his meagre intellect and his short life span. Furthermore, as a member of an endangered species, he has to face the prospect of personal death as well as species extinction. He could one day be the last of his kind.
